We love Myrtle Trace and encourage others to move into our friendly neighborhood. When Beth's cousins, Art and Joyce Sanderson, who have lived in Myrtle Trace for over 10 years, told us that this was a warm caring community, we knew this is where we wanted to be. When a relative came to visit, she said, 'You are living in a park. It is so beautiful with all these trees.' Yes, indeed, we live in a beautiful place. Ronald is past chairman of the Property Committee and Beth is past chairman of the Activities Committee.
Our goal is to sell Myrtle Trace. We do this by having monthly open houses, are on the internet through Dockside Realty,. We also send out a monthly e-mail letter to all on line Myrtle Tracers, as well as mailing out post cards to the neighborhood.
